The graph needs Apple Watch heart data. Check three things: you granted Health access during onboarding (iPhone Settings, Privacy & Security, Health, Lunga, and turn on all read permissions), you wear your watch regularly including some rest time, and you have given it a day or two after setup. Data appears as Apple Health syncs it.
Open Lunga, go to Settings, and tap "Manage or cancel subscription", or open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lunga. Cancelling during the free trial means you will not be charged.
Install Lunga, pass through onboarding to the plan screen, and tap "Restore purchases". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
Right now the quit profile is set during onboarding. If you need it changed, delete and reinstall the app to run onboarding again (your subscription restores via your Apple ID), or email us and we will help.
No. A slip never resets your journey. Lunga tracks days since your last slip alongside your total quit days, and your body keeps the healing it has done.
Cigarettes, vaping (pods and disposables), and nicotine pouches such as Zyn. If you use more than one, pick "More than one" during onboarding and track your weekly spend.
On your device. Lunga has no accounts, and raw health data never leaves your iPhone. Details in the privacy policy.
No. Lunga shows your data; it isn't medical advice. Talk to your doctor about quitting support.
Email sales@auracraftsllc.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots help.
