These terms govern your use of the Lunga iOS application, made by Aura Crafts LLC. By using Lunga you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Lunga shows your data; it isn't medical advice. The app displays your own health metrics and general wellness information based on public health guidance about quitting nicotine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Talk to your doctor about quitting support, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication affected by nicotine.
Lunga requires a Lunga Premium subscription after onboarding. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase. The annual plan includes a free trial; the trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store subscription settings. The app includes a direct link to manage or cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Health metrics shown in Lunga come from Apple Health and depend on your devices and how you wear them. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data, or about how any individual's body responds to quitting nicotine.
You may not reverse engineer the app, abuse the report generation service, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Lunga is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Crafts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
